Outreach

Pick a company. We show the people you can write to and the roles it has open, then draft five messages from your own projects. We never invent a contact, an achievement or a number, and you send everything yourself.

How outreach works

Cold emailing works when the message is short, specific and sent to the right person. InternLaunch does the lookup and the first draft. You do the part that makes it yours.

New to it? Read how to cold email a recruiter for an internship.

  1. Look up the company

We read its own website and public job board, and look people up in a contact database. You see who works there, which internships are open, and where each fact came from.

  2. Write from your own work

Describe one thing you built, or fill it in from your resume. The messages use only what you wrote, plus the company's public facts and, if you pick one, the real job posting.

  3. Check, edit and send

Every draft is checked for filler phrases, stray links and placeholders. Rewrite it shorter, warmer or more direct, then open it in Gmail, Outlook or your mail app and send it yourself.

  4. Follow up on time

Your pipeline reminds you when a follow-up is due, four days after the first email, and a last nudge ten days after.
