Terms of Service

By using InternLaunch you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Using the service

  • You must be at least 16 and able to enter into this agreement.
  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no automated access beyond normal use, no attempts to bypass limits, credits or security, and nothing unlawful.

Your content

Your resume and everything you write stay yours. You give us a limited licence to process that content only to provide the service to you, which includes sending it to our AI and data providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI output: you are the author

AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking every resume claim and message before you use it. Never present anything untrue to an employer. We don't promise that any resume will pass an applicant tracking system, get an interview or lead to an offer, and the readiness score is a guide only.

Outreach and contact data

  • We provide drafts; you decide whether and how to send them, from your own email. We never send messages for you.
  • Contact details and company information come from third-party sources, including companies' own websites and public job boards, and may be out of date or wrong. Each contact is labelled by how reliable it is: verify before you send.
  • A work email address from our contact database is unlocked when you spend a credit on that person. Use it only to write to them about work, don't share or resell it, and don't add it to a list for bulk mailing.
  • Send only relevant, honest, non-spammy messages, and follow the email and anti-spam laws that apply to you and the recipient. Stop contacting anyone who asks you to.

Credits, payments and promo codes

  • One credit writes one set of outreach messages for one person and, where the address came from our contact database, unlocks that person's email address. Rewriting a message is free. Credits are digital, tied to your account, can't be transferred and are priced in Indian rupees.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.
  • If you were charged and your credits didn't arrive, contact us with your payment ID and we'll sort it out. Credits are normally added automatically within minutes.
  • Promo codes have limits (such as one use per account) and can be changed or withdrawn. Abusing them may lead to credits being removed.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove features. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, InternLaunch isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on third parties such as employers and recruiters. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
